About the role:

You will analyze financial data, interpret trends, and provide insights to help the Management to make informed financial selection, especially when it comes to M&A strategies. You will evaluate company financial statements, assess investment opportunities, conduct risk assessments, and create financial models to forecast future performance. Your expertise helps our leadership to understand the financial health of product lines, regions, sites, or projects and guides them in making sound financial strategies.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will analyze and evaluate financial data and reports to assess performance and financial health
  • In your market research you will concentrate on gathering information on economic trends, market conditions, competitors, and regulations for financial insights
  • You create financial models to project future performance and assess various scenarios
  • Investment opportunities, potential investments, mergers, acquisitions, and their risk you will evaluate
  • You provide recommendations based on financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, con-sidering financial risks, and suggesting mitigation strategies to safeguard financial interests
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and financial plans to achieve Product Line targets is a part of your responsibility
  • You will track financial performance against goals and benchmarks and providing regular updates to management

Your Qualifications and Skills:

  • You hold and University degree in Finance or similar education
  • Since several years you work in a financial position for production site or Business Unit, within the Manufacturing or Chemical Industry
  • Financial analytical acumen constitutes you
  • You have problem solving and structured skills
  • You speak and write in English fluently
