About the role:

You will sell our products in the carbon fiber area, based on the priorities set by the business and directed by the General Manager Europe by implementing sales and marketing strategies to reach the European revenue sales volumes and profit margins.

Your responsibilities:

  • You focus on our sales and marketing strategies to life, making sure we exceed our annual sales budget and profit goals
  • On trade shows, conventions, and research, you will identify opportunities that help us stay ahead in the market
  • You build stronger relationship with our existing customers the core of your work
  • Working in tandem with our management, you are involved in the exciting process of developing new products and setting the right prices
  • You generate insightful reports to provide information to the management

Your Qualifications and Skills:

  • You hold a University Degree
  • Since several years you have experience in sales management and a track record of successful sales cycle from plan to close
  • In addition, you have knowledge into Composite and/or Engineering
  • Your communication and negotiation skills are very good
  • You have strong analytical skills and ability to assimilate complex data and information
  • Your language skills in English are fluently and any additional language is a plus
  • You‘re able to travel
